I think that the girl in the photograph is looking at herself in a reflection from a small river or something, I think she could be looking at herself because she might not be happy with the way she looks so she might be looking at what to change about her appearance. I think that the image is slightly depressing when i look at it, it seems like it is full of sorrow and sadness, the black and white makes it more of what i'm thinking the image is about because if it was in colour im not sure what my opinion, thoughts and view would be on it, and the position of her head says that she's not very happy and i think she's not happy with herself. 

The girl in the image, although you cannot see her face, she seems young so she might have been looking at 'prettier' people who are 'perfect' and maybe she felt the pressure to be that way and that's why i think the image is about her not being happy about the way she looks. And the fact she is really boney and skinny makes it look like she has an eating disorder or something but maybe she doesn't see that she's thin, she might just think she is fat all the time!
The girl in the image is alone, and lonely and it looks as if she's in a forrest. It looks like a sad depressing place to be in, and it doesn't seem like anyone would go there to be happy, it seems like people would go there if they we're really depressed. So the girl is lonely and maybe she has an eating problem and maybe she doesn't like people being around to see her body the way she sees it. The forrest/ woods is also foggy and all and it looks really gloomy and dull!!
