LOUIS THEROUX- I
think, the point on his documentary (wrestling) was to change peoples opinions
on things and show people that wrestling isn’t all fake and people do actually
get injured and hurt, sometimes to the point where stitches are needed. The documentary was about people wrestling
and fighting and looking into how hard people (wrestlers) train and how much
effort they put into it to get to the point where they are now and to show that
it’s not easy to get to their point in wrestling. The documentary was made of
questions being asked, a camera crew following Louis around and recording
everything that happens, but Louis didn’t have any research when it came to
asking questions, he just went straight in there and asked. The documentary is
aimed at people that have a different view on wrestling thinking that its all
fake and it’s aimed at mature adults of 18 and over, for both men and
women. So the documentary was made to
show people that there’s other sides to things and the was people train and
fight isn’t all just an act and damage is made.
