The point of my final major project is to get it shown in the summer show! We have different options in what we want to do for our final piece. We choose between film, photography, adverts but it all has to be based on time and space so that all of our videos all somehow link up together. I may be doing photography. The most time our project is able to contain is 15 minutes and no longer! We can do anything we want for our project just as long as it doesn't contain sexual scenes, bad language and a huge amount of violence as the summer show is for the public and will have people of all different ages, and family's that will be attending.
We need to provide a well set portfolio and present things beautifully on our sketch book AND our blog just incase we lose our sketch book (back up). We need to do film/photography critiques, questionnaires and go around asking the public what they'd like to see based on our choice of our final piece, location photographs, character biographies, proposal forms. We also need a team list and equipment list as well as location recce, risk assessment, health and safety if needed, scripts, treatment and production diary. When we are finishing our edited work, we need to make sure that ALL spelling is spelt correctly (if using text in our presentation). We need to make a pitch in which will be presented in front of the class for 10 minutes! We need to make 2 mind maps of our ideas. Research needs to be discussed of at least 2 artists/directors/photographers/videos that relate to our idea - depending on what we choose to do weather it is film or photography. We need to discuss what they have produced and how it links to our ideas.
At the end i am hoping my final piece turns out fabulous and the way i plan for it to turn out, and i am hoping to be proud of my final piece and put in LOTS of effort to get it to the standard that i want to get it too.
Where is Wednesday's work and the list we wrote together?
